




**Role Objective:** To control the documentation information of the operation in order to comply with regulations, internal and external programs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comply with specific procedures and work instructions for the operation. * Ensure that all permits and/or licenses are up to date (vehicles, facilities, among others). * Maintain personnel control (staff rotation, medical leaves, permissions, overtime, among others). * Keep required legal documentation updated, including client requirements. * Maintain control and records (inventories, stock control, entry and exit logs of explosive materials) over the explosives magazine as required by legal regulations. * Maintain control over equipment, materials, and personnel associated with plant processes. * Organize and distribute generated information. * Request equipment and material supplies for the service unit. * Enter information into the SAP system. * Input and provide operational information to the corresponding system. * Record end-of-month general data, inventories, stock levels, and closures. * Coordinate all personnel, equipment, and material entries and exits to and from the plant. * Operate a pickup truck across various areas of the mining unit to coordinate with suppliers and internal and external clients. **Requirements:** * Technician and/or university degree in Business Administration or related fields (desirable) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position within mining contracting companies (desirable) * Class A1 driver's license valid for at least 2 years * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office * Availability to work in Ancash
