To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/en **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Coordinate the procurement of services for various operational areas, including the concentrator plant, maintenance, and support services, in accordance with organizational guidelines and policies, aiming to maximize cost effectiveness and ensure compliance with operational standards. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Ensure competitiveness in all procurement processes by issuing RFPs to the market, guaranteeing that participating bidders meet business requirements, including service scope and supporting documents, KPIs to be used in supplier performance evaluation, and contractual conditions. * Manage the incorporation of organizational policies and procedures to recommend service awards, optimizing value for the company. This requires coordinating internally with stakeholders to plan tenders. * Execute the proposal evaluation phase focused on identifying the best technical and commercial offer that meets the objectives of Las Bambas’ procurement strategy, applying previously agreed evaluation criteria and methodology. * Plan and execute negotiation strategies to improve market relationship outcomes, including negotiation of specifications and timelines, pricing, price adjustment mechanisms, risk allocation, and contractual terms and conditions. * Conduct service procurement activities that generate value through cost reduction. Capture maximum value for Las Bambas by reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of services, ensuring they meet or exceed Las Bambas requirements, and confirming that all negotiated outcomes are accurately reflected in contract documentation. * Conduct service kick-off meetings and ensure proper understanding among relevant internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensure adequate documentation and archiving of procurement processes. **\#WESEEKYOURTALENT** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desirable specialization in conflict management and negotiations. * Postgraduate studies desirable in: + Business Administration. + Supply Chain Management. * Minimum of 6 years in similar roles or positions within mining or similar industries. * Planning and execution of negotiation strategies to improve market relationship outcomes. * Proven solid experience in developing procurement strategies, negotiation, planning, control, and achievement of procurement objectives. * Work experience and knowledge of goods and services suppliers from China, Peru, and South America. * Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate level proficiency in ERP/SAP and ARIBA. * Intermediate level proficiency in English. * Knowledge in: + Service Procurement + Negotiation + Supply Chain **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 07 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 17 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
