Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Field Assurance Advisor, Senior to work with our team on the Zafranal project with the following profile: **About You:** * Engineering professionals with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in engineering and construction projects, holding a current professional license. * Experience in implementing quality management systems in large-scale projects. * Experience in field supervision and control of activities carried out by contractors. **About the Role:** * Review, approve and/or comment on documents submitted by contractors (IEPs, procedures, quality plans, etc.). * Develop specific quality management and control procedures tailored to the project scope. * Monitor, track and control quality activities performed by contractors. * Conduct on-site follow-up of construction activities related to your specialty, ensuring technical compliance. * Issue technical reports, daily inspection reports, and weekly progress reports with performance indicators, findings and conclusions. * Design and maintain control dashboards and reporting tools for project management.
