Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience handling timekeeping (management of atypical work schedules), knowledge of PLAME, T\-registration and payroll. * Proficient in Excel. * High level of communication skills. * Reside in Ate Vitarte or nearby areas to Real Plaza Puruchuco (Desirable).
