




**Description** **Requirements:** Engineer, Bachelor or Electronics Technician and related careers. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position (mandatory) Experience in Industrial Plant, Mining or other similar environments (desirable) Experience handling Helpdesk Systems (Servicenow, Tivit, Invgate Service Desk, Dynamics 365, or others) Proven experience in tracking and monitoring user support at technical support level (Level 1 and 2 support). Computer and IT knowledge. Knowledge of operating systems and networks. Experience in Configuration of CISCO Switches, CISCO AP (Fault diagnosis and detection) CCNA (desirable). Knowledge in Structured Cabling and Fiber Optics (basic - intermediate) Knowledge in Security Camera Systems (basic - intermediate) Knowledge in Polycom or similar Videoconferencing Systems (intermediate) Knowledge in Security Camera Systems (basic) **Functions:** Perform tracking and monitoring for technical support service (ticket closure). Follow up on all cases via email and phone calls to specialists and occasionally to users. Perform equipment installations, software setup and technological infrastructure implementation when required. Provide assistance and Level 1 user support for systems, institutional applications and base software. Comply with the established quality procedures for the IT Support Department. Installation, configuration of office software and equipment. Installation, configuration, and network administration. Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Backup Units, UPS. Network cabling and wireless equipment (CISCO). Incident registration and respective reporting.
