Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to model MEP systems in Revit, generate information exchange files, and coordinate models with other disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM projects and clash detection. 2. MEP systems modeling in Revit and interdisciplinary coordination. 3. Use and creation of Revit families/types according to project requirements. With highly innovative capabilities, TGZ has proposed new strategies and solutions for its clients’ Engineering and Asset Management projects. **Professional Qualifications** * Technician, Bachelor’s, or Professional degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1\-3 years of professional experience, verified in projects utilizing BIM methodology. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and design criteria. * Experience in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination. * Knowledge of national and international technical standards. * Primary software proficiency: Revit (Intermediate\-Advanced). * Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). **Key Responsibilities** * Model MEP systems in Revit according to drawings and technical criteria (especially electrical systems). * Generate information exchange files in various formats. * Model and incorporate required information into models or model elements based on the required Level of Information Need (LOIN). * Use and create new families/types as needed per project requirements. * Support the generation of construction drawings and technical documentation. * Coordinate models with other disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, etc.). **Competencies** * Excellence Orientation * Customer Orientation * Collaboration and Teamwork * Commitment to the Company * Innovation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
