To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/en **WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGE BE?** Carry out operation, control, and monitoring activities of main equipment related to mobile crushers (operating parameters, capacity, and sizing), in accordance with organizational guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with KPIs and continuous operation. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Participate in pre\-operational inspections before equipment startup, guaranteeing safe and sustained operation and preventing interruptions. * Perform equipment checklists and report defects to supervision and maintenance, complying with preoperational procedures and ensuring timely repairs. * Clean the work area, maintaining optimal and safe operating conditions. * Control particle size and calibrate the setting of the mobile crusher, delivering an optimal P80 to milling and meeting operational KPIs. * Promptly report unsafe conditions or environmental incidents, complying with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Coordinate with auxiliary equipment operators to ensure proper feed of ore to the crusher, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency in the crushing process. * Coordinate with the Supervisor on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring equipment availability and safe handover to maintenance teams. * Monitor circuit performance (noises, temperature, leaks, alignments, odors), detect deviations, and prevent equipment failures. * Monitor dust control in the area, complying with environmental requirements. * Verify operating parameters on displays (temperature, power, amperage, setting, etc.), ensuring control and stability of equipment. * Coordinate with the milling control room the start and stop of crushed material feed, optimizing milling throughput and operational continuity. * Isolate and lock out equipment before handing over to maintenance, complying with safe work procedures and protecting personnel. * Perform periodic cleaning of the hopper (2 to 3 times per shift), preventing blockages and ensuring a constant flow to milling. * Complete production and equipment availability reports during each shift, maintaining detailed tracking of production and availability KPIs. **\#WENEEDYOURTALENT** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Mining, Metallurgy, or related fields is desirable. * 1 year of experience in mining\-metallurgical plant operations in similar positions. * Class AIIB driver's license. * Knowledge in: + Basic theoretical and/or practical knowledge of mineral processing. + Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and instrumentation. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 07 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 19 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
