**Date:** Oct 6, 2025 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking an **Open-Pit Planning Manager** **– Mining Unit**: **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical reports and documentation related to compliance with the SK\-1300 reserve reporting standard * Conduct technical and economic analysis to define the final pit and mining phases under a multipit scenario * Develop medium- and long-term mining plans and extraction sequences * Design final pit, mining phases, and medium- and long-term extraction sequences * Coordinate with the environmental department to obtain authorizations and environmental permits aligned with long-term mining plans * Coordinate with the projects department regarding required infrastructure for the execution of mining plans, such as leaching pads, material stockpiles, etc. **Professional Profile:** * Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology, duly registered and licensed * Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations * Knowledge in reserve estimation and open-pit mine design ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
