Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently seeking a **Planning Control Engineer, Lead** to join our Minerals \& Metals business line for the Zafranal Project. **About the Role:** * Serve as the focal point for project controls on site and integrate all project control activities across the portfolio of projects being executed on site. * Analyze project performance and clearly communicate progress, issues, risks, and opportunities based on project control deliverables and information. * Manage and drive changes to the project baseline for projects within the site’s project portfolio, working with the Project Controls Change and Baseline Lead to plan and report on progress. * Oversee the implementation of project control processes, systems, and toolkits for the site’s project portfolio. * Interpret and report on Earned Value Management metrics and other key project KPIs that form part of Project Controls. * Support resolution of complex early warnings/compensation events within multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring outcomes are reflected in project control deliverables and implemented via change control where necessary. * **About You** * Qualified and licensed professionals in Engineering disciplines. * More than 15 years of experience in Project Controls within the resources, construction, and infrastructure sectors. * Demonstrable experience supervising and mentoring other teams on mining projects. * Experience in cost control, planning/scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, monthly reporting, and preparation within an engineering and project-related environment. * Advanced level of English. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
