Requirements: * Academic Background: Degree in Occupational Safety or Risk Prevention (engineering or technical). * Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Risk Prevention Specialist in industrial plants or similar sites (mandatory). * Location: Must reside in areas close to Pro, Comas, Los Olivos, or Puente Piedra (mandatory). * Vaccinations: 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. * Certification: In Occupational Health and Safety. * High-Risk Experience: Hot work (LOTOTO), confined space, excavation, and lifting operations. * Industrial Experience: In manufacturing, production, electrical, and civil fields. * Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (availability to work Sundays, holidays, and overtime if necessary). * Documented CV. Knowledge: * Administration of EHS programs/plans and management of Occupational Health and Safety according to Law 29783 (mandatory). * Integrated Management System (IMS). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Development of work procedures. * Preparation of IPERC, IAAS matrix, and PEYC. * Current national and international safety regulations. * Confirmation of CSST. Functions: * Promote, train, and disseminate workplace safety and health standards and policies. * Report, investigate, and document work-related incidents and accidents. * Supervise personnel's operational execution. * Coordinate, develop, and update hazard identification matrices, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safety programs. * Environmental control and handling of waste and hazardous materials. * Prepare technical reports and dossiers. * Coordinate the provision and renewal of personal protective equipment for staff. * Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
