At C\&R Integral Service, a company specialized in telecommunications, technology, and industrial project solutions, we are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the department, ensuring proper management of requisitions, quotations, and coordination with suppliers in the mining and telecommunications sectors. Main Responsibilities: * Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations. * Manage purchase orders and track order fulfillment. * Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and accounting departments regarding deliveries and payments. * Support procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for mining and telecommunications projects. * Maintain an updated supplier database and departmental documentation. * Monitor internal requisitions and response timeframes. * Prepare basic procurement reports and procurement tracking. * Assist in stock validation and logistics coordination. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. * Preferred experience in mining, telecommunications, technology, or industrial companies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management. * Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple tasks, and manage multiple requisitions. * Good communication skills and attention to detail.
