This is our way of developing mining—always connected to change through committed, inspired, and continuously growing people. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womenminingtalent** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Develop, improve, and structure process-based management to increase plant efficiency. * Define, analyze, and control critical performance indicators based on process patterns impacting equipment efficiency. * Conduct coordination meetings and alignments with complementary departments to integrate new variables into process control. * Use statistical analysis tools to evaluate process performance, conduct diagnostics, and build predictive models. * Ensure proper operation of control dashboards and create new dashboards in PI\-Vision. * Ensure reliability in measurements from critical plant instruments (Courier, PSI300, and others) and maintain their control. * Prepare technical reports for plant management and immediate supervisors based on process understanding. * Manage, plan, coordinate, and supervise projects for implementing new systems or technological improvements for process control. * Perform modeling, simulation, and resizing of metallurgical processes using software such as JKSimmet, Molycop Tools, Bruno to identify optimization opportunities. * Develop plant improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and performance enhancement, including economic evaluations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of experience in concentrator plants covering crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration processes. * Knowledge in process management and control. * Experience in calibration of measurement equipment such as Courier, PSI 300, and others. * Proficiency in data analysis and use of statistical tools. * Solid knowledge of PI Vision. * Knowledge in modeling, simulation, and resizing of metallurgical processes. * Experience using metallurgical software (JKSimmet or similar). **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work Schedule: 5x2 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
