At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a company specialized in **engineering and telecommunications solutions**, we are currently seeking a **Telecommunications Technician** with experience in the installation, maintenance, and operation of networks, to join industrial and mining sector projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation of **indoor and outdoor plant equipment**, including **networking, power, microwave, fiber optic, infrastructure, air conditioning, and protection systems**. * **Installation and organization of structured cabling**, data and power networks. * **Basic configuration** of **air conditioning systems and rectifiers**. * Installation of **telecommunications cabinets and equipment** in technical rooms and **Data Centers**. * **Implementation and configuration** of **telephone systems (PBXs, telephone networks)**. * Adherence to **safety and SSOMA protocols** during job execution. **Profile Requirements** * **Technical or Engineering degree** in **Telecommunications and/or Electronics**. * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in operations, maintenance, or installation of telecommunications networks. * High responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * **Availability to travel** and participate in projects across different regions of the country (travel expenses covered). * Competencies: **Proactivity, teamwork, effective communication, and results orientation.** **Job Experience** * Experience in **Telecommunications, Radio Frequency, Microwave, Nodes, and Repeaters** sectors. * Experience with **surveillance systems, CCTV, and Cisco equipment**. * Experience in **fiber optics, installations, and equipment configuration**. * Experience in **mining, oil, and gas pipeline sectors** (power and telecommunications). **Job Skills** * Skills in **leadership, communication, and problem-solving**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced level)**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Project and Power BI**. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD**. **Conditions** * Immediate incorporation into ongoing projects. * Coverage of **travel expenses, meals, and accommodation** when required due to relocation.
