




1\. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate with the Chemical Laboratory department for sample collection from production concentrate piles. * Assign storage locations for production concentrate piles. * Carry out and monitor the accurate weighing of production concentrate piles. * Coordinate with the Weighbridge department to ensure correct registration of each production concentrate pile. * Record and maintain accurate inventory control of concentrates. * Verify in the field the scheduled blending of concentrates according to commercial requirements and availability prior to dispatch. * Monitor ongoing concentrate dispatch operations, including weighing, sampling, and loading. * Record equipment failures within the assigned area to maintain control and coordinate preventive maintenance with the relevant department. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Promote the company's Occupational Health and Safety culture by complying with and enforcing all related policies. 2\. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge and experience in operations management. * Advanced level in Excel. * Knowledge and experience in mineral and concentrate sampling standards. * Familiarity with ISO 17025, 9001, and 10251 standards. * Intermediate English proficiency.
