A Metallurgical Process Engineer is required, who will carry out assigned duties according to the specialty, applying the company's procedures and standards. Functions * Execute process control activities, research, and development of projects related to process improvement and optimization at the Plant. * Perform sampling at various designated points within the Concentrator Plant, where samples are used for metallurgical accounting across primary and secondary crushing, grinding, flotation, classification, filtration, thickening, and tailings management circuits. * Monitor reagent stock levels and concentrations in operational areas, storage tanks, and deposits. * Support and participate in the execution, control, and monitoring of metallurgical tests at the metallurgical laboratory level. Requirements * Formal education: Degree in Metallurgical Engineering. * Specialization courses in geometallurgy and/or mineral processing. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering consulting sector; experience in metallurgical operations is desirable. * Specific experience in process design for expansion projects, as well as base metal concentrator plants and precious metal leaching. * Software: Intermediate MS Office, AutoCAD, and Limn.
