Will participate in client meetings to coordinate technical aspects and propose engineering solutions meeting project needs. Additionally, will plan discipline activities according to project requirements and contribute to the training of junior engineers, promoting their professional development and strengthening the technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** Review and develop engineering deliverables (flow diagrams, mass balance, design criteria, calculation reports, operation philosophy). Participate in meetings with the client. Propose engineering solutions. Plan discipline activities according to the project. Support the training of junior engineers. Work within a team composed of professionals from Peru and Chile. Interact with Arcadis’ multidisciplinary team according to assigned projects. Will be part of the Process discipline and report to the Process Discipline Lead in Peru. Other duties related to the position. **Qualifications and Experience:** Graduated professionals in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mining Engineering with specialization in mineral processing (licensed). Minimum verifiable experience of 8 years in process project development within the mining sector. Proven knowledge in tailings treatment; mine water treatment; feasibility and detailed engineering development. Intermediate level of English (desirable). Willingness to travel occasionally when required. Teamwork skills, proactivity, and change management capability. Availability to start work in October on a 1-year project. Availability to work in hybrid mode (some days from home and some days from the office in San Isidro, Lima), Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. * We can only achieve our goals if everyone is enabled to give their best.
