REQUIREMENTS: * Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer * Graduated, licensed, and qualified * 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in concentrator plants and maintenance operations. * Training courses in Occupational Health and Safety RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and supervise tasks and responsibilities of the personnel under their charge. * Assign and systematize operations. * Monitor established key performance indicators and implement required administrative control techniques to achieve company objectives on time and as scheduled. * Carry out supervision and execution of the service. * Supervise planned work activities Additional Requirements: \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1\.00 per month Education: * Completed postgraduate studies (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
