In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate and carry out flotation tests, reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor. * Verify the calibration status and operational condition of equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the laboratory and comply with laboratory safety regulations. * Schedule work according to project priorities. * Prepare reagents and standards for testing. * Perform metallurgical flotation tests according to established procedures and instructions. * Carry out necessary quality controls during test execution. * Report data and information required for result evaluation into the designated records for each process. * Participate in the development of techniques or analysis methods to be used in cases of new determinations. * Identify non-conformities or improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions within the specific execution of their activities. **Requirements** Metallurgical and/or chemical technician or engineer, or related fields More than 2 years of experience in laboratory flotation tests (Pb, Cu, Zn, Mo, etc.) at rougher, kinetic, TCA, TCC stages. General knowledge in mineral processing. Good communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, results-oriented. **Additional Information** Basic English Intermediate MS\-Office
