With over 30 years in the market and 19 stores nationwide, we are currently looking for a: **Digital Automation and Transformation Analyst** **Position Purpose** Design, implement, and optimize automations, integrations, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity across group companies (Casalinda – retail channel and MultiMark – wholesale channel). **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Diagnosis of processes and digital improvement opportunities * Gather information on key processes across all departments (sales, warehouse, finance, HR, marketing, customer service, etc.). * Identify repetitive tasks or bottlenecks suitable for automation. 2\. Design and implementation of automations * Create and document automated workflows using no\-code tools (Make, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.). * Integrate existing systems (Odoo, Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Business, forms, etc.). * Configure bots, dashboards, and automated reports for management. 3\. Technology adoption management * Train internal users on how to use new digital solutions. * Support operational transition and ensure proper staff adoption. 4\. Monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement * Monitor the performance of active automations. * Detect errors, optimize workflows, and maintain up\-to\-date documentation. * Measure impact on time, cost, and operational error reduction. 5\.
