We are a Talent Agency, and our client in the textile industry is looking for a: **INTEGRATED MARKETING ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** Implement the execution of marketing strategies focused on positioning the textile company, promoting products, and increasing brand visibility in the market. Provide operational and creative support in campaigns, content management, and results analysis. **Responsibilities:** \- Create copy for video recordings and posts to be uploaded to social media. \- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). \- Identify key dates, trends, or relevant topics to include in content planning. \- Create social media content calendars and content grids. \- Record and edit videos for social media content. \- Monitor performance metrics. **Requirements:** \- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as Community Manager, Copywriter, and/or Marketing Assistant. \- Bachelor's degree or graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication Sciences. \- One year of experience in strategic planning to position a brand. **Working Conditions** \- Work mode: On-site \- Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. \- Payroll from day one (Microenterprise Regime). \- Market-competitive salary.
