On behalf of **Idiomas PUCP**, we are looking for a **Customer Service Advisor** who meets the following profile: **Mission:** To be an excellence representative in customer service, providing information and solutions to customer issues and requests accurately and promptly. To achieve this, utilize the channels, processes, and technological tools provided. **Responsibilities:** * Centralize, record, and respond to inquiries from current and potential customers regarding the services offered by Idiomas PUCP, through all communication channels available to the unit. * Register service tickets in the systems provided by the organization, verifying and updating customer information, following up, and coordinating with administrative, academic, and/or sales departments. * Handle complaints reported through various communication channels of the Unit, coordinating internally with relevant departments, and keep the Customer Service Coordinator informed. * Prepare management reports on customer service activities to contribute to the review of departmental performance indicators. * Support events organized by the Marketing and Communications department, such as fairs and training sessions, by providing information to attendees. **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in Telemarketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or Management. * At least one year of experience working in the education sector. * At least one year of experience in Services, Customer Service, or Complaints handling (mandatory). * Prior experience as a Service Promoter or Information Officer. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong written communication skills. * Work will be conducted at the Pueblo Libre branch. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, including some Saturdays. **Benefits:** * Positive work environment * Continuous growth opportunities * Access to PUCP staff benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site position
