We are currently looking for a Digital Trafficker to lead our online acquisition strategies. Work Mode: On-site – Miraflores, Lima Contract Type: Full-time Company: OB TECHNOLOGIES S.A.C. Salary: S/1,500 – S/1,800 (depending on experience) Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Analyze and report key performance indicators: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS. Drive qualified traffic to our online store (Shopify). Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and formats. Propose improvements in the conversion funnel and user experience. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of objectives. Monitor product and category performance across digital platforms. Support the creation of reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience managing campaigns on digital advertising platforms. Experience with Shopify is desirable. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, among others.
