**Location** Lurigancho, Peru **Job Type** Full-time **Salary** Negotiable **About the Listing** ------------------ Posted: 5 days ago ### **Salary** Negotiable ### **Location** Lima ### **Description** We are looking for top talent to join our team in the position of Marketing Assistant. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various digital channels. * Manage KPIs to measure performance, reach, and results. * Develop and monitor campaigns on Meta ADS, Google Analytics, and Google ADS. * Conduct benchmarking and prepare presentations for the department. * Collaborate on other tasks related to core functions and the Marketing department. * Execute 360-degree advertising campaigns. * Handle POP materials and manage supplier coordination. * **Requirements** * Graduates in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising. * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and positioning strategies. * Two years of experience in similar marketing and advertising roles. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools. * Experience creating and analyzing surveys and market research. * Knowledge of digital marketing and proficiency with digital marketing tools. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
