Lazzos & Co., an importer and distributor of Brazilian footwear, representative of 14 leading Brazilian brands in innovation and fast fashion, operating concept stores under the brand MOSSA SHOES, is currently seeking: **Footwear Sales Associates** for its **Mossa Shoes company-owned stores at Jockey Plaza**. If you are dynamic, enjoy challenges, and set goals for yourself; we are looking for you! **General Function:** Promote sales by informing customers about product features and promotions at the store location assigned by the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service based on the products and services we offer, advising customers in their purchasing decisions. * Provide information about the brand's products and promote our footwear lines by highlighting their qualities and reinforcing customer confidence in the product and the brand. * Achieve established sales targets. * Manage inventory of assigned products. * Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and display space for our products. * Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Must be at least 18 years old * Completed secondary education * Previous experience in promotion, in-person sales, face-to-face customer service, flyer distribution, and/or cashier roles * Knowledge of sales techniques * Basic level of Microsoft Office proficiency * Preferably reside in Southern Lima * Availability to work part-time: Fridays from 2:15 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 pm to 10 pm **Competencies:** * Proactivity and dynamism * Punctuality and responsibility * Effective communication skills * Strong sales orientation and customer service focus **Benefits and Working Conditions:** Monthly salary S/. 600 + bonus based on sales targets Statutory benefits Discounts on our products "LAZZOS COMERCIALES SAC is a responsible and inclusive company; therefore, these positions are suitable for persons with disabilities.
