**Service Advisor (24 hours per week).** **Your main objective will be:** To provide telephone support and assistance via our WhatsApp channel to current and potential customers regarding their inquiries about the services and products offered by the bank, complying with established protocols and expected service standards. How will you achieve this? * You will record all customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims in the corresponding systems. * You will deliver comprehensive service that creates a satisfying customer experience. What do we require from you? * Six months of customer service experience. * Knowledge in customer service and advisory. * Availability to work full time during training. (Fixed schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the training month). * Availability to work part time. * Fixed working hours after training. * Availability to work on-site at the "Centro Cívico" location.
