Scorp Inc. is a fast\-growing social media start\-up based in Istanbul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications, including the ‘world’s most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re\-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M\+ users! We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams. We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Analyst.** Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem\-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations. **Qualifications** * Graduated in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related careers with interest in the Social Media area. * 2\+ years of experience in similar roles * Advanced English \- Required (Please specify in the application) * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and multitasking ability * Proactive and results oriented. * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the head of recruitment to complete tasks and objectives on time, delivering excellent candidate profiles within a short period. * Screen and assess candidates for various positions * Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements. * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. * Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. * Prepare and proofread job postings. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate records in our recruitment system. * Shortlist and prepare candidates for submission to hiring managers. * Work with cross\-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
