We are continuously growing and seeking an HSE Assistant to support the management and development of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG\-SST) documentation, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines and current regulations. **APPLY AT THE FOLLOWING LINK:** https://forms.gle/zrbmSmz7jej1qv3w8 **Responsibilities:** * Periodically update and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG\-SST) documentation. * Support the implementation and/or updating of HSE procedures and standards. Prepare reports, records, and update IPERC for various activities. * Monitor compliance with legal requirements and occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor compliance with the occupational safety and health training program. * Monitor compliance with the SST inspection program. * Manage scheduling of Occupational Medical Examinations. * Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, and establish control measures to prevent recurrence. * Generate performance indicators and report results to the HSE department. * Participate in internal and external HSE audits. * Update monthly safety statistics. * Conduct periodic field inspections to minimize unsafe acts and/or conditions. **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, with emphasis on SG\-SST documentation development. * Knowledge of national occupational health and safety regulations, SSOMA. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.) under the general regime. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
