We strive for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **FUNCTIONS:** * Supervise the **compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations** in company activities. * Conduct **field inspections, staff training, and incident reports**. * Develop and update **IPERC, emergency plans, safety procedures, and records**. * Keep SSOMA area documentation up to date and coordinate preventive actions. * Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or university bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering. * Desired experience in **SSOMA management** (preferably in construction sites or services). * Knowledge of current safety and environmental regulations. * Proactive, good communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in Office tools.
