This is your invitation to rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 11/02/2025 Position Objective Control, execute, and monitor production orders; planning, managing, and evaluating all available resources at the pump factory, including Warehouse, Assembly, and Maintenance, to deliver customer-required production, continuously improve manufacturing, achieve zero LTIF, implement LEAN, ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental management system guidelines, and supervise that personnel under your responsibility also follow these guidelines. What You Will Do Control overtime hours for operational staff, medical leave reports, and productive hours in SAP. Monitor maintenance plans according to annual scheduling. Conduct proactive meetings with the planning and order management team, and define priorities. Control factory expenses according to budget. Develop and improve the OEE system. **Manage key KPIs:** OEE, Assembly Hour Report, Total Productivity, LTIF, LEAN Initiative, and Capacity Cost Control. Maintain accurate data in SAP, including routing times, capacity, production-related product data, work order status, inventory balance, and other production data. Analyze production data and track production times. Monitor the production logbook and reduce non-productive times in the Assembly area. Ensure and verify hydrotesting on all pumps and validate the test. Warehouse management in SAP (Internal Logistics). Identify team training needs. Actively participate in accident investigations. Evaluate CAPEX according to factory requirements. Comply with all labor obligations assigned according to current legislation and internal company regulations, including those related to occupational safety and health, both for the company and its customers. Train personnel under your supervision to comply with these obligations. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor according to your job position. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. More than 8 years of experience in similar relevant roles. Experience in supply chains within manufacturing and industrial companies. Proficiency in SAP at user level. Knowledge of relevant tools (MS Project, Power BI).
