Requirements: \* Engineer or bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil, Industrial, Systems or related fields \* Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar or equivalent positions \* Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. \* Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, SOLIDWORKS, and other design software \* Knowledge in cost control, budgeting, and unit price analysis \* Work at the Callao headquarters. Responsibilities: \* Comply with and ensure compliance with current legal regulations, as well as company procedures, directives, and other established provisions. \* Coordinate with General Management, Operations Management, and Project Managers the process of selecting offers from public and private entities. \* Participate in and lead the management of administrative, legal, and technical information received from various organizational departments for submission to the client as part of the bidding process. \* Attend meetings called by the Client related to the bidding process. \* Prepare technical and economic bid proposals in accordance with bidding terms, including estimates, sizing, and scheduling; following recommendations from Operations Management and Project Management. \* Provide technical advice to Operations Management and Project Managers regarding technical specifications, quantities, unit prices, and budgets. \* Provide technical guidance to the logistics department for quotation, contracting, and procurement of goods. \* Provide advisory support to project technical departments when requested. \* Maintain information on future projects that will be tendered or invited. \* Control environmental risks and impacts associated with their activities.
