On behalf of our prestigious client, a leading fuel transportation company, we are seeking an ***SSOMA ASSISTANT*** **FUNCTIONS** * Monitor the occupational safety and health plan. * Conduct field inspections (e.g., proper use of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, etc.). * Maintain safety statistics records. * Document audit observations in coordination with supervisor. * Prepare reports as required by management. * Verify IPERC (Identification, Prevention, Evaluation, and Risk Control) according to process requirements. * Manage and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE). * Develop induction plans and provide ongoing staff training. * Implement the occupational safety and health management system. * Prepare the annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan. * Operate performance indicators. * Identify, assess, and examine hazards affecting workplace safety. * Recommend preventive and corrective control measures for occupational safety and hygiene hazards. * Define and implement safety standards for critical tasks. * Daily safety talks. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy cargo fuel transportation (mandatory). * Knowledge of GIS. * Familiarity with the Occupational Safety and Health Law and its amendments.
