A leading company in the Healthy Foods industry, a market leader, is currently seeking a **Production Planning and Control Manager (PCP)** who meets the following requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** · University degree in Food Industries, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum of 4 years of certified experience as a **Production Planning and Control Manager (PCP)** in industrial food companies, with knowledge of the entire production line, experience managing operational staff, and leadership capabilities. · Knowledge of product costing, project management, and occupational health and safety standards. · Intermediate / Advanced level in MS OFFICE (Excel). · Availability to work in Lurín. · Preferably residing in the southern outskirts of Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Organize and supervise personnel carrying out activities at different stages of the production process. · Plan production loads and carry out respective follow-up. · Coordinate workflow for multiple products. · Generate production orders and perform their technical closure. · In charge of PCP department areas. · Responsible for determining product and production line costs. · Plan continuous improvement of operational processes. · Comply responsibly with all norms, guidelines, and processes related to the position. · Perform other duties assigned by the Manager or inherent to the role. **COMPETENCIES:** · Results orientation, commitment, leadership, teamwork. **WE OFFER:** · Pleasant working environment. · Constant training opportunities, etc. · Permanent contract with full legal benefits (CTS, vacations, bonuses). · Profit sharing. **Please indicate salary expectations.** **Salary: Negotiable** **Immediate availability.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,300.00 per month Work location: On-site position
