We are **TRANSPORTS COMPANY GRUPO HORNA SAC**, providing passenger and cargo transportation services on routes Lima\-Chiclayo\-Trujillo\-Moyobamba\-Chachapoyas\-Tarapoto and others; therefore, we are seeking an **SSOMA ASSISTANT**, available to work in **La Victoria – Lima.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions within transportation, cargo, or logistics companies. (Preferred) * Knowledge of implementing SMS (Safety Management Systems). * Familiarity with current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Availability to work onsite in La Victoria (5 minutes from the Metro Station Estadio Nacional). * Availability to work Monday to Friday: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, and Saturday: **8:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct field inspections to promote compliance with regulations, procedures, and instructions established by the SSOMA department. * Verify that assigned areas are free from imminent danger and/or unsafe conditions to prevent harm to employees. * Support daily safety talks for employees to disseminate relevant safety information. * Assist in issuing SSOMA-related documents requested by the department. * Deliver safety inductions to new personnel to foster a culture of Occupational Safety and Health. * Support the preparation and documentation of records requested by internal and external clients. * Prepare incident or accident reports for the SSOMA supervisor to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Update minutes of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee. * Propose actions to minimize or reduce workplace hazards. * Develop and update safety performance indicators for the assigned service. * Ensure the project includes safety talks, training on safety, health, and environmental topics, and any other training aimed at reinforcing SSOMA measures on the project. * Update COVID\-19 protocols. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of S/. 1,500\.00. * Meal allowance for each working day. * Positive work environment.
