**SST ASSISTANT / BARRANCO** **REQUIREMENTS** University degree in Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of laws related to Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management (Regulations and amendments). Residence in districts adjacent to Barranco. **FUNCTIONS:** Implement approved Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plans in coordination with the immediate supervisor and written work procedures. Know, disseminate, and train personnel on the organization’s Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Advise and jointly participate with staff in hazard identification, risk assessment and control (IPERC), and continuously verify their proper implementation. Conduct inductions, awareness talks, and OSH training sessions. Coordinate and carry out inspections of workplaces, personnel, personal protective equipment, tools, and machinery. Perform necessary administrative tasks to maintain orderly operations within the OSH area and attend monthly Operations meetings. Prepare monthly reports, evaluate, and report on OSH management results. Participate in, support, and monitor agreements reached during the monthly Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings. Develop OSH indicators. Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
