**Administrator** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an **Administrator for a private security company**, responsible for the operational, financial, and administrative management of the business. The primary role will be to optimize resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve efficiency in the delivery of security services. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operation of security services and ensure their proper execution. * Coordinate with clients and guarantee satisfaction with the services provided. * Manage the budget, control costs, and optimize the company's financial resources. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations in private security (SUCAMEC and other entities). * Administer hiring, training, and supervision of security personnel. * Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the client portfolio. * Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of security equipment. * Prepare management reports and present performance indicators. * Coordinate with legal and accounting departments to ensure the proper functioning of the company. * Ensure adherence to security protocols and labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in managing security companies or similar sectors (2 years). * Knowledge of private security regulations and local laws **(SUCAMEC)**. * Skills in personnel management and team leadership. * Proficiency in management tools, budgets, and financial reporting. * Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers. * High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Knowledge of ISO and certifications.
