





A company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of construction materials such as cement, steel, bricks, additives, and aggregates is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position: **Customer Service and Billing Assistant** **AVAILABLE TO WORK IN CERCADO DE LIMA \- LOCATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF NICOLAS DUEÑAS AND AV. ARGENTINA** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate of **Accounting or Administration.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting. * Knowledge of billing, accounting, and/or SUNAT. * Intermediate level in Excel. Responsibilities: * Issue payment receipts per business unit according to the scheduled calendar and user or customer requests. * Periodically analyze the company's account statements, preliminarily perform bank reconciliations, and issue reports on the company's financial status. * Validate weekly and monthly electronic invoicing through the electronic invoicing service platform. * Handle various internal requests (Returns, Discounts, Cancellations, Credit Notes) made by internal clients. * Perform billing reconciliation and closing with the accounting department. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Benefits: * Official payroll with all statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:50 PM, and half-day on Saturdays. * Internal company benefits.
