




Requirements: * Graduated or licensed in Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of state procurement processes. * Knowledge of Tax-Funded Projects (Essential). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Manager, or similar roles. Responsibilities: * Prepare, draft, and review contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are clear, legal, and beneficial to the organization. * Ensure that contracts with clients or suppliers comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. * Monitor compliance with contractual terms and manage any breaches or disputes that may arise. * Provide guidance and legal advice to other departments within the organization on contractual and legal matters related to construction projects. * Review and update policies and procedures related to contract management to reflect changes in legislation or organizational structure. * Maintain a detailed and organized record of all contracts, amendments, and related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that are inherent to the position.
