We are seeking a professional, dynamic, and committed individual with experience in the heavy automotive sector. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in credit and collections * Technical professional or graduate in administration, accounting, or related fields * Good customer service and communication skills * Proactive, organized, and responsible * Intermediate to advanced level in Office software Responsibilities: Functions: * Manage collections. * Make calls, schedule meetings, and inform about the status of outstanding debts. * Enter promissory notes * Control deductions * Manage accounts receivable according to company policies. * Manage collection dates, optimizing timelines and projecting recovery dates. * Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions. * Prepare collection management reports regarding performance indicators. · Evaluate credit applications and verify customer documentation. · Collaborate with the accounting department on reconciliations and income control. · Issue periodic portfolio and delinquency reports.
