We are a company specialized in the importation and distribution of spare parts for buses and trucks from the brands Scania, Volvo, and Mercedes\-Benz. We are seeking a dynamic, committed professional with experience in the heavy automotive sector. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in credit and collections * Technical or graduate degree in administration, accounting, or related fields * Good customer service and communication skills * Proactivity, organization, and responsibility * Intermediate to advanced level in Office software Responsibilities: Functions: * Carry out collections management. * Make calls, schedule meetings, and inform about the status of outstanding debts. * Enter promissory notes * Control deductions * Manage accounts receivable according to company policies. * Manage collection dates optimizing time and projecting recovery dates. * Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions. * Prepare collections performance reports regarding measurement indicators. · Evaluate credit applications and verify customer documentation. · Collaborate with the accounting department on reconciliations and income control. · Issue periodic portfolio and delinquency reports.
