





* Experience in retail industry company (DESIRABLE) * Carry out and supervise the recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction processes of personnel. * Supervise and control employee vacations, permissions, absences, and other related matters. * Design, plan, and coordinate employee performance management. * Maintain an optimal organizational climate that enhances human resources. * Apply administrative sanctions when warranted by staff. * Knowledge of payroll processing. (ESSENTIAL) * Advanced knowledge of KPIs and Excel. * Other responsibilities as assigned. ***Profile*** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in Human Resources: Payroll, Recruitment, Work Climate, Performance Evaluation, Competency-Based Assessment, Training. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation. * Prior experience, at least 1 year as a Human Resources Supervisor. * Experience managing 100 employees.
