Additionally, supervise service quality based on established protocols. * Ensure the branch operates under optimal conditions. * Track documentation sent to the Main Office according to established procedures. * Supervise that passive contracts contain the necessary documentation for submission to the central office, and carry out follow-up on them. * Verify the validity of all documents and/or promotional materials, and keep updated price lists, operating hours, business licenses, among others. * Perform cash and valuables (cash, checks, credit and debit cards) opening and closing counts, generally stored in the vault following dual control procedures. * Ensure strict adherence to the established cash limit for their branch. * Review the branch's daily end-of-day cash reconciliation and surprise audits as required by procedures. * Daily identification and analysis of cash reconciliation and outstanding accounting items for the office under their responsibility. * Identify the security couriers from transport companies before handling shipments or receipts of remittances. * Monitor branch cash balances to report to the Senior Cashier and/or Senior Integrated Executive, avoiding exceeding limits by scheduling remittance shipments, and similarly monitor cash balance limits for assigned tellers. **Requirements:** Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business 1 year of experience in similar roles Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:****With the Falabella Experience, you will enjoy:** * Payroll registration from day one * Professional growth within group companies * A good working environment and positive workplace atmosphere * Purpose-driven projects
