Design strategic management dashboards for managing our operations. Identify bottlenecks and lead the automation of operational workflows. Provide support and continuously propose improvements to our internal management tools. Lead the execution and monitoring of automation and efficiency projects. Transform complex data into insights that drive excellence in our operations. What qualifications do you need? Students in their 8th or 9th semester of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Mandatory). Knowledge of data analysis and data handling. Analytical thinking and ability to propose improvements. Assertive communication, proactivity, and adaptability. Prior participation in process optimization projects (Desirable). Prior participation in KPI identification and reporting (Desirable).
