We are currently looking for talented individuals for the position of OPERATIONS MANAGER to coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with the company's established standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the transportation, distribution, or logistics sector. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in the Lurigancho district from Monday to Saturday (define hours). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily transportation operations (fleet, routes, schedules, maintenance, drivers). * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Coordinate loading and unloading logistics, fuel control, and operational cost optimization. * Ensure compliance with performance indicators (KPIs) and service quality standards (punctuality, complaints, service level, etc.). * Prepare management reports, productivity analysis, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Lead and motivate the operational team, promoting effective communication and teamwork. * Supervise the proper implementation of road safety regulations and regulatory compliance. * Collaborate with different departments within the company. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary \+ Full payroll * Enrollment in payroll from the first day, with all legal benefits. * Profit sharing (Utilidades). * Biweekly payments. **WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
