Manage and negotiate claims with the client. * Provide necessary resources and support to each project site, including human resources and material supplies, in coordination with different departments of the company. * Establish and standardize work processes for the company's business units. * Responsible for managing and controlling the company’s production and quality. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION?** * Manage construction teams (plan, organize, direct, and control) for the portfolio of awarded projects, ensuring construction meets scope, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
