Discover our Senior Data Strategy Expert position **Job Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the corporate roadmap for data technologies \& AI as a strategic enabler of digital and business transformation. * Lead the design and prioritization of data product portfolios, ensuring value capture and alignment with corporate objectives. * Drive the adoption of the Data Mesh model and new ways of working, guaranteeing business autonomy in data usage and cultural sustainability. * Lead cross-functional programs within the Data Management department (budget, contracts, FinOps, performance, OKRs) with executive responsibility. * Represent the department in executive committees and strategic forums, influencing corporate decisions and positioning the company within the external ecosystem. * Ensure integration of the data strategy with IT/IS, innovation, and enterprise transformation plans. * Develop and lead teams of strategists, specialists, and managers, consolidating internal talent and organizational capabilities in data strategy and transformation. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks in data management, reporting, and value accountability. **Requirements:** University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods, Economics/Admin or related fields Postgraduate degree or MBA in strategy, management, or digital transformation Solid track record in executive leadership of data programs and organizational transformation Proficiency in business value management, use case prioritization, and value capture frameworks Advanced understanding of cloud platforms, BI, AI, and Analytics Leadership of corporate portfolios, budget accountability, contracts, and FinOps **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** * Training and courses * Beverages and snacks * Additional parental leave * Flexible working hours * Additional parental leave
