The professional will be responsible for the **administrative, financial, and logistical management** of the project, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives established in the contract. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in the **planning, control, and monitoring** of the construction budget. * Perform **expense control, reimbursements, and payments** to suppliers and personnel. * Coordinate with the **Site Resident** and technical departments to ensure proper execution. * Prepare weekly and monthly **financial and administrative reports**. * Manage contractual and administrative documentation with the entity and the company. * Monitor physical and financial progress in **S10 and control sheets**. * Properly control and archive **accounting and administrative documents** of the project. **Minimum Requirements** * **Professional background:** Accountant, Economist, or Administrator (graduate or degree holder). * **Experience:** At least **01 year of proven general experience** as a Site Administrator or Assistant in project execution. * **Technical skills:** * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**. * Proficiency in **S10 software (budgeting and construction control)**. * Knowledge of **project budgetary and financial control**. * **Personal competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork ability and performance under pressure. * Proactivity and commitment to results. **Benefits** * Immediate integration into ongoing construction project. * Market-competitive salary according to experience. * Opportunity for continuation in future projects.
