





**Are you a leader, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?** We are looking for a **Store Manager - Ica.** You will be responsible for monitoring and performance of two key areas: sales and dispatch, ensuring their efficiency and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the process of receiving, controlling, storing, and dispatching goods. * Manage and organize inventory, coordinate with purchasing and carriers. * Ensure compliance with duties by supervised staff. * Coordinate store opening tasks, cleaning, and organization. * Monitor the security agent's task compliance. * Provide support in customer service and sales when required. * Issue stock reports, incident reports, and improvement suggestions to management. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business engineering, administration, logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hardware sector. * Experience in customer service, sales, and/or after-sales. * Leadership and effective communication skills. * Intermediate level in Excel and Google Workspace. * Basic knowledge in logistics management. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all legal benefits (MYPE regime). * Very good working environment. * Growth opportunities. * Constant training.
