Agroservicios Mundo Foods, an agro-export company dedicated to the processing and export of grains and legumes (Chinese beans, castilla beans, pallares, stick beans, among others), located in José Leonardo Ortiz – Chiclayo, Lambayeque, is looking for a Manual Production Supervisor with leadership, technical judgment, and experience in quality control and personnel management. Main Functions: · Supervise and organize staff in manual sorting, cleaning, and packaging areas. · Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards in the manual process. · Plan and monitor staff shifts in manual production. · Record daily progress and ensure production targets are met. · Identify errors or delays and make timely decisions to maintain efficiency. · Coordinate with quality and production departments to ensure continuous workflow. · Maintain order, discipline, and good practices within the work area. Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience in manual or agro-industrial production supervision. · Knowledge of quality control, GMP, and personnel management. · Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capacity. · Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to production goals. · Availability for on-site work at the plant (José Leonardo Ortiz – Chiclayo).
