**Instituto Nacional de Psicoterapia Contextual** continues to grow, and therefore we are seeking an ***Organizational Psychology Intern or Practicum Student*** for our branch located in ***Los Olivos***. **What do you need to apply?** * Be a Psychology student from the sixth semester onward. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong motivation to learn. * Availability to attend the practicum center twice per week (in-person). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Posting content on various social media platforms and job boards. * Conducting initial resume screening and phone interviews. * Supporting recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Scheduling interviews for job applicants. * Administering psychological assessments. * Organizing employee files containing all required documentation, including supporting materials for each employee’s CV. * Assisting with various departmental requests. **What do we offer?** * Flexible working hours (morning or afternoon shift). * Two shifts per week. * Supervised practicum/internship led by a licensed and registered psychologist. * Certificate awarded upon completion of the practicum/internship. * Ongoing learning and supervision to support professional development. * Opportunity to pursue a career path within the center.
