MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Post job openings on various job boards. Perform resume and phone screening of candidates. Prepare professional and personal references. Request and organize documentation from new hires. Create virtual and physical employee files. Support induction processes for new staff. Assist and monitor training programs. Evaluate training outcomes together with the Talent Management team. Other related duties. REQUIREMENTS: Pursuing a degree in Psychology or related fields, from the 8th semester onwards. Interest in Organizational Psychology / Talent Management. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos.
